Pino is an apartment located on the first floor of our main building, it can accommodate maximum 5 people (4+1). It has one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed, one bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Outside it has a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests of this apartment also have at their disposal a large terrace with umbrellas, deckchairs and other tables, great for eating outdoors all together or sunbathing in peace and quiet.

Inside the apartment you will find all the comforts you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the border between Umbria and Tuscany: television, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, safe, independent heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

From the 7th day prior to the day of arrival, including no-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
