No, breakfast is not included.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, and supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are nearby.
- What amenities are available in the apartments?
Each apartment includes:
- Pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cutting boards
- Moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, kettle
- Toaster, oven and/or microwave
- Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, TV

- Do you have a swimming pool? Is it open year-round?
Yes, outdoor pool with solarium and hot tub, open from May to September.
- Do you have a wellness center?
Not at Malagronda, but at Agriturismo Case Graziani we have a small wellness center with Finnish sauna and relaxation area, available by reservation and with an additional fee.
- Do you have a gym or fitness area?
Not at Malagronda, but at Agriturismo Case Graziani there is a fully equipped fitness room, access reserved for adults and included in the stay.
- Are pets allowed?
Generally, pets are not allowed.
Exceptions for small pets can be considered with an additional fee.
- Is parking available?
Yes, free parking both inside and outside the property.
- Is Wi-Fi available and free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and common areas.
- Is a car necessary to stay at your property?
Yes, recommended for exploring the area and visiting nearby towns and villages.
- Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, within a few minutes by car you will find excellent Umbrian and Tuscan restaurants. Personalized recommendations are provided before arrival.

All apartments are sold individually, both on our official website and on partner platforms.
It is not allowed to move equipment from one apartment to another or use apartments and outdoor areas for group gatherings or meals without authorization.
Some apartments have large living areas suitable for 12 to 40 people.
In these cases, it is possible to book multiple apartments and use one apartment’s living room as a shared space. Please contact us in advance to organize the best solution.
