My wife, son, and I spent a wonderful week in Case Graziani. We could not rate it too highly. The location is superb, the apartments well equipped and the family and supporting staff of Carla, the owner, made us incredibly welcome. We felt as if we were part of their large family for a week. As well as the cooking lessons, which were given by Carla in her big kitchen, we were taken on trips to Monteplulciano, Assisi, Perugia, and other places. The tours were always guided personally and very flexibly adapted to our wishes. Each evening we spent eating our evening meal with the family- we enjoyed a lot of traditional Umbrian food, a lot of wine, and we had a lot of laughs with our Italian and Finnish hosts. A holiday we shall not forget and would be happy to repeat. Rating unanimous 10 from me and my family. John
