The apartment price includes electricity, water and gas and taxes. Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (changed weekly). Swimming pool (7x14 mt.) open from May to September.

To be paid locally: heating Euro 1,40 p/h (alls apart.) – Euro 2,50 p/h “Sughera”.
Air conditioner: € 30,00 app bilocali - €35,00 app. Trilocali. WI-FI € 10 per week.
Final cleaning Euro 15,00 per person.
