Farm house with villas and apartments
The Country house Malagronda is at 400m. From here there is a wonderful view of Tuscany and Umbria. From here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and on a clear day the bell towers of Città della Pieve and Amiata and Cetona Mountain.
The lovely villas of the country house are surrounded by a lawns and trees. In the park there is even a cork tree which a rather rare in these parts.
There is a play park for the children with a slide and swings. Children may use the mini-pitch for volleyball and basketball. Everyone can enjoy the lit swimming pool with panoramic view, the solarium, tennis table, and the walks in the wood. Books and board games are available in the community room. A laundry room is available to guests free of charge.
The Barbeque area has tables and chairs so that you can try out the local meats grilled and also try many wonderful products of Umbria and Tuscany with some of the best local wines and world famous Umbrian wines.
The country house Malagronda belongs to the “protect the environment and energy resources programme”.
